Support Work, Mentoring Support and Capacity Building Support is available for both NDIS funded individuals and private funded (fee for service) individuals
Support Work
We provide personalised support work which focuses on building independence and developing everyday skills to achieve individual goals. We strive to create a positive and inclusive environment where individuals feel supported to achieve their specific goals all while enjoying every moment along the way.
Mentoring Support
Our mentoring support is designed to walk beside you, helping you build confidence, strengthen life skills, and feel more connected to your goals and community. We take a personalised, strengths-based approach to every mentoring relationship.
Capacity Building Support
Capacity building supports are all about building skills, confidence, and independence so you can reach your goals, big or small. The focus of capacity building supports is on growth and skill development, not just doing tasks for the child or young person; it involves helping them gain confidence and ability to do more themselves over time.
