
At Inspire Empowerment Solutions, where we are dedicated to providing support services for individuals both privately funded and those in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) aged up to 25 years old. Our mission is to empower and inspire individuals to achieve their goals and live their best lives. We offer a wide range of personalized services to meet the unique needs of each individual, fostering independence and enhancing quality of life. Our team is committed to making a positive impact and creating a supportive environment for all those involved with the service.

Co-Founders and Directors
Inspire Empowerment Solutions was established in 2025 by Perri Barclay and Maggie Gorham. Together, Perri and Maggie bring extensive experience in the community services sector, having worked for many years across a broad range of programs in Orange, NSW. Their professional backgrounds span Out of Home Care, Disability Services, Behaviour Support, Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation, and School Counselling.
Perri holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) and a Master of Social Work.
Maggie holds a Bachelor of Applied Social Science and a Master of Social Work. Maggie is a Registered Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
